Policies
Registration Fee – Forum
registration includes meals (breakfast, breaks, lunch) and
admittance to both the Wednesday Welcome Reception and the OTA
Online Safety Leadership Awards Reception on Thursday. Welcome
Reception is open to paid attendees of the Wed OTA Academy. OTA
reserves the right to deny registration. Registrations must be
postmarked by the date and paid to receive discounts. Registrations
requiring purchase orders and invoicing are subject to a $25 fee and
must be paid in advance.
Event Policies - Government
issued photo ID required for all attendees. Cancellations
submitted in writing by August 22, 2010 will receive a full refund,
less a $100
fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations postmarked after
August 22, 2010 or if you do not attend. Substitutions are
permitted for employees of the same organization with company photo
ID at no-charge. Non-members who apply for OTA membership within
30 days of the event (Sponsor & Steering Committee levels only), may
apply $200 per paid attendee towards annual membership dues.
Attendees recognize they may be photographed or video taped for use
by OTA and / or Forum program underwriters. Attendees will be added
to the OTA Newsletter, but may opt out following the event.
